Spacious entrance hall, three double bedrooms, a full bathroom and a separate laundry room.
Closet and wardrobe area in the distribution corridor.
Upper floor:
Double room and full bathroom.
On this same floor there is the large living-dining room, with open kitchen and fireplace.
Exit to the terrace and porch with large gas barbecue and connection to the large garden and pool area. Near the pool there is a very useful wooden shed for storing various utensils, bicycles, etc…
Part of the garden has cool areas in the summer, with trees and diverse vegetation.

Rules
It is not allowed to have a higher number of people than what is established in the reservation confirmation or higher than the maximum capacity of the house. If there are more people on time, you must notify us at the time of making the reservation.
A copy of the ID will be requested from all guests.
Disco type parties are not allowed, nor are loudspeakers placed or music played at high volume both inside and outside the accommodation.
It is very important to respect this point since it is necessary to respect the tranquility and rest of the neighbors.
If the guest leaves the house before the agreed departure date, the total amount must be paid for the remaining days of stay.
The house must be left tidy and presentable. This includes (as a guide) that the crockery should be clean, the fridge free of leftover food and the rubbish should have been emptied.
The entry time to the house is from 12 noon.
Departure must be made before 5:00 p.m.
If you want to enter or leave before or after the established hours, check with the owner if it is possible to hand over the keys at another time (provided the owner is available).
