Ground floor, 24m2, with living-dining room, sofa (optionally can be converted into a single bed), fully equipped small kitchen (vitroceramic, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc.), front garden and small backyard with outdoor shower.
First floor, 20m2, whith a double room, wardrobes, TV and bathroom with shower.

Breakfast is NOT included, however, freshly made bread/croissants can be ordered for the next day. We cook them ourselves; the price will depend on the quantity requested.

245 € / night (July and August) → Minimum stay 3 nights.
