Rules

  • Check-in 3 p.m. / Check-out 11 a.m.
  • Children 18 years and older (ADULTS ONLY establishment)
  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before the reservation date.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Accommodation for more people than the number established in the reservation confirmation or the maximum capacity of the house (4 people) is strictly prohibited. This is also not permitted for occasional guests.
  • A copy of all guests’ ID will be requested.
  • Disco- style parties, loudspeakers, and loud music are not permitted  inside or outside the accommodation.
  • It is very important to respect this point since it is necessary to respect the tranquility and rest of the neighbors.
  • If the guest leaves the house before the agreed departure date, the full amount for the remaining days of the stay will be required.
  • The house must be left tidy and presentable. This includes (as a guideline) dishes that are clean, the refrigerator free of food scraps, and the trash emptied.
  • If you wish to enter or leave before or after the established time, please consult with the owner to see if it is possible to return the keys at another time (as long as the owner is available).
